Canopy works with the forest industry’s biggest customers and their suppliers to develop business solutions that protect ancient and endangered forests around the globe.
Meet Nicole Rycroft
Nicole Rycroft leads the strategic direction of award winning environmental not-for-profit, Canopy, and is committed to ensuring that the power of the global marketplace leverages tangible eco-solutions, a green economy and substantial conservation gains for the world’s Ancient and Endangered Forests. Nicole and her team have worked to transform unsustainable global supply chains, develop innovative solutions, and green the purchasing practices of more than 750 large companies including H&M, Zara/Inditex and Penguin Random House. Nicole is an Ashoka Fellow, a member of the UBS Global Visionaries Program, Meritorious Service Cross of Canada recipient, and a winner of the Canadian Environment Award Gold Medal and the 2020 Climate Breakthrough Award.
