About this event

This workshop is ideal for you if you find your organization is struggling to prioritize multiple projects and you need a strategy to guide you. Or, you may have seen that there is a document in your organization labelled as a strategy but you are not clear how to implement it or whether it’s working or not. That’s where we need Strategic Impact Pathway TM.

During this workshop, we will talk about how to create an implementable and evaluable impact strategy for your organization. Strategy is one of the most misused term impact innovation sectors. It’s particularly telling when an organization moves forward and scales without having a clear strategy on whether they should or how they should. Without a clear strategy, no performance indicators are key performance indicators and we try to move forward blindly.

This workshop will be provided by Ashraful Hasan. As the founder and CEO of Impactrio, an impact management consulting firm, He is a conduit for impact measurement and change management, with over a decade of domestic and international experiences in supporting more than 100 social and policy innovations.

By the end of the workshop, we will discuss and learn about the following challenges and how Strategic Impact Pathway ™ can help:

  • Your organization needs a clear direction
  • There needs to be a shared vision and aligned work-process
  • You need to prioritize your projects to do the right things at the right time
  • Instead of preference, the organization needs to make decisions based on evidence

This event will run from 12-1pm with the last half hour for questions.
