The Woman in Trades Day is an innovative approach to raising awareness around the Skilled Trades for girls in grade 7 and 8 from all over Ottawa!
Thanks to Ottawa Technical Secondary School, young girls have the incredible opportunity to have firsthand experience using tools under the mentorship of dynamic and diverse female tradespeople. The event connects industry, community, and innovation to make this an inspiring day of mentorship and learning for both the tradespeople and the students taking part.
